Yankees vs Orioles, July 29

Here is the line-up for todays game via Peter Abraham:

Damon LF
Jeter SS
Abreu RF
Rodriguez DH
Giambi 1B
Cano 2B
Betemit 3B
Cabrera CF
Moeller C

Rasner RHP

A few things:
Rasner gets the start so we have Moeller behind the plate. I'll continue to say this before every start for Rasner and Ponson: Rasner needs to pitch well or he is easily expendable from the rotation. I say easily because the way he and Ponson have both pitched, you can easily bring up a guy like Aceves from AAA and give him a look, or, hopefully not, you can make a trade for a guy like Washburn. I hope Rasner doesn't do so bad tonight that the Yankees feel pressure and make a bad trade for a menial pitcher like Washburn.

Hopefully this day off is a good thing for Nady, I guess we will see tomorrow. It will be interesting to see how Damon does in his first day back in the field since his injury. I'll bet anything that the O's will be off to the races if the ball happens to get hit to left field, be it taking an extra base or tagging up on a shallow fly ball.
